  • Between Platform Users: Talent profiles (excluding private contact details) are visible to verified employers. Employer job posts are visible to registered talent.
  • Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our platform, including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and PayPal (payment processing). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.

Profile photos and resumes are stored in access-controlled cloud storage buckets. Payment transactions are handled exclusively by PayPal and are never stored on our servers.
